To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • ✦ In original condition and packaging
  • ✦ Free from wear, washing, or alteration
  • ✦ No damage, stains, or odors

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or altered garments

🔄 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. Receive return instructions from our team
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Arrange courier pickup as per our instructions

💵 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund options: Original payment method, bank transfer, or store credit
  • Full product price is refunded
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

🔁 Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability:

  • Size exchanges: Free shipping on replacement
  • Different product exchanges: Shipping charges may apply
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we'll process a refund

🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item?

Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement—no questions asked.

Please note that slight variations in texture, color, and finish are inherent to handcrafted textiles and are part of each garment's unique character. These are not considered defects.
